To request an online exchange/refund, please contact us through the contact us form - after reading the below eligibility conditions.
Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be in its original new condition, unworn and still in its packaging.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Items that are worn and/or requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible for any post-purchase action.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
International Orders
- Currently, unfortunately, we do not process exchanges/refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).
Discounted & Sale/Offer Items
- Items bought with a discount code or during a sale/offer period can be exchanged; only for a different size, color, or design of the same item or within the same product-category - subject primarily to availability. We, generally, do not reserve items nor delay exchanges for restocks!
- Refunds are not accepted for discounted/on-sale items, in these cases only exchanges are possible.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible to cover for all shipping fees related to approved exchange/refund requests.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a wrong item or a product with a factory defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund -based on your preference- within the first 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
